We had Tierney book our next years cruise for us. She was very friendly, pleasant and helpful booking our cruise and making sure we had all our requirements. She also arranged our insurance for the cruise, which was very good, and saved us a long phone call if we did it ourselves.

The lady that dealt with my booking was…
The lady that dealt with my booking was called Bethany, she had an excellent knowledge of the cruises I was looking at booking. She inspired me to book as she wasn’t pushy and her personality came across.
She made the whole experience easy and I normally cruise 2/3 times a year, and will definitely be using Hays Travel for my future vacations.
