Excellent friendly service from the minute you walk through the door. Special praise for Darren who help us through the process and answered all of our question, he took the time to fully understand what we were actually looking getting from our holiday, this allowed him to guide us on our choices to get the perfect anniversary holiday.

Hays in Hartlepool have always given 110% when it comes to booking a holiday. A 2 family booking of people who live hundreds of miles apart, who pay separately and travel independently to holiday together, is done with care, friendliness and expertise. Nothing seems too much for them. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

You get a friendly family feeling with the Hays staff no hard sell and plenty of comfort feeling and honest advice.
Has we are of an age and not the best with computer technology! They advise and help with the the bits that count 👍
