I took off from my house and landed in Hays Travel, Harrow. The sun was shinning, the birds were singing, and the service was excellent. Thank you Hays Travel.

I saw xander and he was very helpful and also very patient with me, I went to book a holiday at short notice and without a firm destination in mind. Xander found a hotel that suited my needs and made the booking quick and easy. Would recommend Hays travel to anyone.

Kate is very nice lady and good helpful. Be patience with us though we are profoundly deaf. She send us emails. I have asked her for searching where we stay different places . Everything are in organised perfect.

Kate looked after us at the Harrow store to help us book our 1st ever cruise. She was so helpful and friendly and made it a great experience so thank you Kate

When we Walked into the shop we was welcomed by the consultant he asked us to sit down he then asked us what sort of holiday we would like he went through everything throughly we would dreconmend hays travel to anyone one

Kate along with the manager of the Harrow shop were very helpful and patient with us. We managed to get everything sorted with a lot of assistance from them.We would like to thank them for all there help.

I deeply regret booking through Hays Travel. Despite being very clear about our dietary requirements, they failed to ensure these were accommodated and did nothing to advocate for us with the travel provider.

The support provided was extremely limited and unhelpful, with poor communication throughout. At no point did Hays Travel show the professionalism, diligence, or care expected from a reputable agency.

This experience has been disappointing and frustrating, and I will never use Hays Travel again. I strongly caution anyone considering booking with them to think twice, especially if you have special requirements or expect even basic support.

Hotel was great, fabulous holiday, definitely going again soon. Very friendly. nice grub etc. Cracking !

The experience was excellent the are extremely helpful especially Kate and Amanda. Both of them worked very hard and sorted our holiday to a tee 5*rating!!!!

We always book our holidays at Hays travel. We booked our last one on the 3rd of October for Christmas and the New year. Tryvell was very helpful, gave us lots of advice on getting private transfers as out hotel is on a bit of a slope and we would have to pull our cases up it. He is very professional, Amanda ,Kate ,George and Tryvell have always looked after us very well.

The staff (George) was extremely friendly and helpful. They also were adaptable regarding disabilities that I had. He made the booking easy and that we were informed the whole way through.
