Felt we were not rushed. All options explored.

This is the 5th cruise I have booked through this shop. Staff are superb all of them, they are always pleasant, polite and smart.

Had excellent service from Bethany in the Hamilton branch. She kept me up to date with prices and was friendly throughout. Only downfall was that unable to pay with Visa credit card as the system did not recognise this card. This delayed payment for 24 hours during which time the prices went up. Customers should be able to pay with any card of their choice.

The service we received was very good. The young lady helping us was clearly new but did everything she could to find us the flights we were looking for, meet our requests and always asked for help when she needed to check something.

Elaine made us very welcome, so froendly
