3rd year running we have booked our holiday with Gwalia

Gwalia was very helpful whilst providing her service to look for the best possible flights for us, would 100% recommend.

Gwalia was extremely helpful and took great care in pleasing every member of our family with the bookings! It was challenging, but she took it in her stride and was unflappable, professional and very kind!

Booking with Gwalia at Hays Travel has been so simple, Agent is super efficient at replying to messages, I have sent her endless messages for quotes and she’s never put pressure on to book, Shes very thorough and also agrees to check you in, I have a few Hays agents on FB as we are just back from a recent holiday, this time I decided to book with Gwalia as she always went that extra mile to help, always replies to messages and seems really enthusiastic about her work. I have also recommended her to my friends n who are looking to book holidays.

Such a great lady we booked with nothing to much to ask for at all every last thing took care of in 1 phone call air port stay for our car and private transfers for when we arrive in the other country, so thank you
