I went in to hays with 0 plans of were I wanted to go. Spoke with alayna who was amazing and went through every option covering almost every destination known🤣 ended up settling on turkey as never been and wanted something new and hot. Will be back again for any holiday I go on. Alayna also booked my previous holiday too.

So we had great experience, Alison the agent was so lovely and after a wee issue on our part, we did get our 1st holday booked for puerta del camren lanzarote 😍27days countdown is on and we are well happy 🫶

I found it really easy to make my booking with Hays travel. Jacqui was fantastic from the initial call through to the complete booking of my cruise holiday.

The staff were fab as usual. The only disappointment was the fact that the holiday had increased in price from when I got the quote, till a few days later when I had got a hold of my friends and got in to book. It was only £18 each but when this happened to me previously in another travel agents they gave me the price I was quoted first. A similar gesture would have been appreciated if it had been done this time
