We were looked after by Jacqui who went way above and beyond. Would give 6 🌟 if I could.

Alison in the Greenock office Scotland was super helpful. She got us the deal we wanted even though it wasn’t on her system. Had to make several calls to organise and never rushed us. I couldn’t be more pleased! She’s a gem!💎

I wouldn’t book a holiday anywhere else other than Hays, Greenock. The staff are fantastic, friendly & extremely knowledgeable & explain all aspects of the holiday very well. They take any stress away and make sure everything is organised for you. Special mention to Alayna who is lovely and super at her job.

I Dealt with two different members of staff and I could not have asked for better service and I am delighted about the way they handled my health issues could not have asked for a better service.

Needed help booking a family holiday ,wee tried unsucefully as a family. However after popping into my local branch greenock, they could not be more helpful. Looking all week telephoning myself trying to get the best price .and I'm glad to say they did Kris was amazing patient and very helpful. Also Jacqueline the manager kept checking wee were getting the best deal .Cannot fault them above and beyond .Very greatfull.

Allison was welcoming, friendly and patient in helping me to book a holiday. I have been helped by her before and she remembered.

One suggestion is to have gift envelopes so that gifts of a holiday are nicer to present.
