I had a major problem with flights involving change of dates and hotel reservations but Iona was very patient and after two visits it was resolved.

I would always recommend using Hays
I would always recommend using Hays. Clare has booked all of my holidays and I wouldn’t go elsewhere. She’s very patient with me. Answers all the questions I fire at her. She’s extremely knowledgeable and gives us so much more information than I would think about looking for . She’s always so relaxed, polite and so friendly. Another lady was with her and helped her to finalise our booking as the store had closed as we ran over time. They didn’t ask us to leave they continued to finish our booking . I’d give them a definite 5star rate for excellent service .

Smashing experience!
Always an absolute pleasure working with Nathan from the Great Yarmouth branch, his destination picks never fails, he has opened my eyes to areas of the world I wouldn’t have thought about exploring.
The booking process was very easy and comfortable he explained to me the benefits of having him as a travel representative even down to the minor details such as activity bookings and holiday extras.
