Lovely friendly and knowledgeable lady helped us with my travel insurance. My mum always books her holidays here,highly recommend.

Our third year with Hays in Goring. Megan has worked patiently and with a lot of effort to help me get my husband to a place where he can book a holiday (severe flying phobia).
She does this every year and I think she is brilliant.

Spoke with Karen who was extremely pleasant and personable and who dealt with us very well. She discussed all our issues and found answers over the phone to put our holiday together. Only problem was peripher noise from other machines / telephones. Would definitely recommend to friends.
