Excellent service, Maisie at the Goole branch really looked after us. Looked for better deals, changed a hotel for a better located one, couldn't be more helpful

Katie, Our advisor/helper was just so patient and knowledgeable with us. We had about 4 or 5 destinations that we couldn't decide between, she kept sending us as much information as possible and never rushed us, we eventually decided to go with the Norwegian Fjords cruise. The whole experience has been pleasurable and never felt like a hard sell, we felt that our happiness was always at the forefront of the booking. We will definitely be recommending Katie and Hays Goole to our friends and family.

As usual the staff were very helpful.
As usual the staff, particularly Alysha, were very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Alternative suggestions were given which sparked our interest.
The only negative was the time the offsite Hays cruise team took to respond to the agents requests for cruise details and prices. Not good.

Reeled into the Goole Branch,
I was reeled into the Goole Branch by a post on their window as I walked by.
I was seen almost immediately by a staff member who was lovely.
She was well spoken, friendly and very informative.
Answered all my questions with a quick confidence.
The experience itself, though quite daunting, was made easy and exciting.
I will definitely recommend Hays Travel to everyone and will be booking again through Hays Travel myself in future.
