Really happy I now booked 2 holidays with Hays for this year.

I was fortunate enough to get Jemma the office manager. She is a wonderful and very obliging person.
I am a senior citizen. She seems to know exactly
what my requirements are and that makes the process
go smoothely. When i am at the office i feel like one of the family. Thank you very much.

Once again, excellent service from Karen and Saffron. They stayed after closing time to get the holiday booked. I wouldn’t dream of booking a holiday with anyone else. Time after time, year after year Karen goes that extra mile to tailor the holiday to our needs.
