Karen at Hay's Travel Gordon Street
Karen at Hay's Travel Gordon Street, Glasgow, is courteous, patient and good humoured, She is genuine, she listens and understands me as a customer. You cannot easily fake this, I think this is why I return to Hay's Travel.
I also like her good humour, which she always has, and dealing with the public can be "challenging".
Karen has exactly the right qualities and is a very good ambassador for Hay's Travel.
In short, it is a pleasant experience when I visit.
I ask lot's of questions, and she is always patient.

Polite staff and easy to book with
Sophie was polite from beginning to end of my call to make booking. Lovely to chat with and had no issues making my booking. Followed up the following day to make a change and the staff were happy to help. Booked with Hays before and had no issues.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff
Sophie was brilliant, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We got the holiday we wanted, and despite a technical issue that made it take longer, Sophie was professional and apologetic for the delays that were outwith her control.
