The ladies were very professional serving us and knowledgeable about the holiday resorts. They also took time getting us the best deal.

Lorna who was dealing with our needs, was fantastic. She really did go above and beyond to make sure we were able to have exactly what we were wanting. Lorna spent a long time in talking to use about our different options.and explained everything to us in detail. We are very pleased to have used Hays for our travel needs and will use again for future trips.

We have booked holidays for years at Hays in Girvan.All the staff are very friendly and helpful always trying to find the best holiday deal and price to suit your budget and requirements.
A special mention to Callum who has for the past few years did the ground work for our holidays.

Calum was extremely helpful with my booking and he has gone above and beyond to help me …. He was able to track down my deposit voucher from 5yrs ago which I’m sure wasn’t easy ….. I’ve always booked with my local branch and have always been delighted with them

Our experience was excellent from the moment we walked into the shop. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff listened to what we were looking for and then went on to find us several holiday destinations to choose from even recommending some hotels they have been at.

Very easy to book with the team at Girvan, they can’t do enough to help. I went in with a holiday I had seen on line and Calum matched it but was then able to save us money by moving the date slightly. Great service and very nice pleasant staff 5 🌟 experience.

We had already booked a cruise for 2026 with Calum in the shop earlier this year and he gave us excellent service. I phoned Calum and said I would like to book a cruise for 2027. I asked if we had to come in to the shop or could I book over the phone as we live 30 miles from Girvan. He said we could book over the phone. Calum had all our details from the previous booking and just needed our deposit to secure the booking. He was very efficient in dealing with our request and all the details were confirmed by email within an hour.
