Excellent service. Lorna was very efficient and had our holiday booked in no time. Superb communication and a very welcoming and friendly environment. Throughout our booking, everything was explained and double checked. Would not hesitate to use again for future holidays.

Excellent Service from Hays, Girvan
I called Hays Girvan and spoke with Sophie Hearton. I knew the cruise I wanted but required a bit more information on room/balcony size, insurance & flights/coach to Southampton. Sophie looked into my queries and emailed me with relevant information on each. Sophie has been excellent to deal with as she was friendly, efficient and informative. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to book a holiday via Hays, Girvan.

Calum was so knowledgeable about cruising, provided us with options based on our likes/ dislikes and helped us through the process to choose a cruise that would suit. We now can't wait for our holiday.
