I was looking to book our first ever trip to Disneyland and had no clue where to start ! Sophie was amazing, she talked me through everything and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and found the perfect deal for me. I would 100% book through Sophie and the girvan branch again. I was very happy with the help I got in booking my family holiday
I have used this Travel Agents for a few years now
I was wishing to return to an area we love and was unable to find any package deal to the Hotel I wanted to book
Lorna was excellent and took the time to find a way to get everything we needed booked to ensure we can return to our chosen destination

All the staff were so helpful
All the staff were so helpful, I noted by her badge that Sophie was an apprentice , she was so professional and definitely knew her stuff, Callum and Sommer were also very professional, there was another young guy but I didn’t catch his name. This team are a credit to Hays

The Girvan office is always very helpful when you go in.
The staff are very friendly at all times.
Everything is put in place very quickly and they reassure you that you don't have to worry about anything. It is all done for you.
