I had the pleasure of meeting Janelle for the first time and like her colleagues, she dealt with my holiday request to Bodrum with consummate professionalism.

Can’t recommend enough!
Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, as always, Katie was brilliant helping look for different hotels and deals with the best price to accommodate for my travel size on an already existing deal plus changing airport so that I could still go without having to travel down to Manchester first. Fantastic price- it ended up being nearly £3000 cheaper than the other deals plus it was an additional night in a nicer hotel and with breakfast included.

Welcomed into the shop with a friendly greeting. I was wanting a renewal of my travel insurance and this was done quickly and efficiently by Kirsty .I had a few issues with my email address but this was again sorted out by Kirsty who followed it up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok
