My wife and I had picked our main 2027 holiday but for some unknown reason it just disappeared the next day , I explained this to Carmen at Hays and she said leave this with me I will see what I can do . We got a phone call later that day that Tui computers were playing up all over and she had tracked and got the holiday booked . First class service .

Knowledgeable, friendly attitude, basically same as previous visits the staff are a local power draw by face to face communications far exciding AI approach .

I only visited for information but left with a cruise booked.Kiara was most informative and friendly

Sarah at Hays, Galashiels is welcoming, went the extra mile and puts so much time and thought re booking flights and travel insurance.
She enabled a really good, challenging booking to take place. Other staff at Hays, Galashiels are also friendly and give helpful advice on follow up visit.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble a joy to book with company Hayley sorted us out last year and this time know Connor took my booking over as Hayley off found us a perfect holiday. Thankyou.
