A very helpful agent who was attentive to our requirements. She dealt with everything we had to ask and made the experience easy for us. We were not totally sure if we would book the holiday that day but because of the agent we decided to take the leap and book our long haul holiday. Really helpful and friendly shop where everyone talks and are pleasant to customers.

Excellent service from the manager of the Fulwell branch yesterday when booking a holiday. 2nd time I have used this branch and Hays Travel in general. All interactions have been superb with every member of staff. Good knowledge of destinations, patient and attentive. Great at following up with online flight check in, etc (could do it myself but really appreciate them taking the hassle out of the process). Overall, a really good all round service.

Sharon your advisor is always very helpful, we were looking for info on sailing from Southampton and ended up booking a cruise. Looking forward to it.
