Lola did a great job of arranging my holiday for next year, always friendly and smiling

We needed to book last minute flights and Chloe was absolutely excellent in helping us with digital boarding cards and all of our other requests and choices.
We always return to Hays Travel due to the excellent customer service we have received over the years.

We have booked 2 holidays this year with Marc at Fordingbridge. The 1st was a slightly complicated one as it was a party of 9 with ages from 3 to 65. The 2nd was for the 2 of us for later in the year. Marc sorted it all out brilliantly, even when we had a problem with 1st holiday, it was dealt with efficiently and promptly. Can't thank him enough.

I was very impressed with the help I got from the staff in the Fordingbridge branch. I wanted to book a hire car in the USA but wasn’t sure how to go about it. So Lola stepped in and after finding out all of the relevant information was able to arrange it for me without any problems. A job well done I say!

I had 2 fairly complicated requests about 2 trips abroad. Chloe was very helpful in redefining what I needed, then helping me with the bookings, queries and all related questions. This was time consuming but in the end I have 2 trips planned with everything necessary covered with far less effort than I would have needed to do it myself.

Chloe was so helpful in booking my Holiday and Travel Insurance. She made it quick and easy and at a great price. Definitely recommend Hays Travel Fordingbridge. Will be back for Currency for my holiday soon.

I was looking to book a holiday in Majorca for myself and my family. I usually book online but as our party of 7 included 2 little ones I had lots of questions. So decided to pop into Hayes travel in Fordingbridge. I saw Chloe and she told me that they could match the internet price so decided to book with them. Very glad I did as Chloe was a pleasure to deal with and took the stress out of booking.

Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful as we have not been abroad for a number of years. Will definitely be using them for our next holiday

Spoke to Consultant on Monday morning to enquire about availability of chosen holiday, she phoned Riviera, and I confirmed that afternoon and booked,
I attended Hayes Travel in Fordingbridge on Tuesday afternoon and paid for holiday in full,
