Everything I asked for was dealt professionally and with consideration to my preferences for my amazing holiday to Palma Majorica.
The staff in Upper Lisburn Road Belfast especially Karen went the extra mile to accommodate us for all our hobbies!!
We have another holiday pending with the same branch looking forward to another amazing adventure!! 😊😎

Our rep , Karen, from the finaghy store , was more than helpful . She gave us great advice , reassurance , and even saved us a few quid . 10 out of 10 . It’s our first long haul flight , and she was able to explain everything to us in plain and helpful terms . I would defo use that store again
