Totally happy with rep who handled my enquiry at the Finaghy branch Belfast. I was so happy I went from enquiry to booking there and then for a special occasion trip in October 2026. I also asked for information for a family holiday 2027, the rep Karen was very patent and assured me that Hays will do everything they can to assist with my request. well done Hays.

I phoned the store just before closing time and Karen was fantastic, after listen to what I wanted for trip Karen’s recommendations was everything I wanted. Even though the store was closing she took her time and I wasn’t rushed. I also had help from Emma and she was just as helpful
