We have holidayed with Hays before, we did the Caribbean cruise. Everything was brilliant so we chose to come back for this holiday. We had great help and managed to book a lovely holiday for the summer.

For big trips use Hays!!
Lorraine suggested places to go and once we had a night to think about it went back to book however there were issues which we expressed to her and she spent a long time ensuring the travel provider understood. All in all things were good and we are looking forward to our trip.

Storm has been super from the beginning. He answers questions quickly and never seems bothered by so many (sometimes silly) questions.
