Worry free holiday booking
Have booked our holidays on line over the last few years so it was lovely to have Derek at Hays travel to do it all for us.He was very friendly and able to guide us through the booking process and giving us ideas about future holidays.

For independent travel Hays are good value
Jamie Lee who looked after our strange request which she did and found out and helped sort out problems with the Eurostar and made good constructive suggestions. As independent travellers we find Hays a very good company and the Fareham people a very friendly group of people who have always made us feel welcome. But we feel that we would like Hays nationally to improve the selection of hotels for elderly and disabled people. You also need to improve access to Rail Journeys throughout the world but mainly in Europe. Once again Fareham has become a wonderful office to book holidays. Thanks to all of you for your wonderful attention to our needs.

Booking short notice
Jamie-Lee was very helpful with booking a cruise for just me, as I did not want to go on a large ship also wanted it in a couple of months time. this she managed always making sure that I was ok with what was being booked. Would go back to them anytime for holiday advice. Mrs V James
