Maddie from Hays Travel was very helpful & efficient. Our booking was handled quickly, and followed up with good communication regarding boarding passes, etc.

Susannah of the Failsworth branch always provides an extremely friendly, efficient and competent service!

This is the 2nd time booking at the Failsworth store. A cruise of a lifetime we handpicked with all aspects we wanted was supererbly put together with the knowledge and professionalism by Sue…Thankyou so much.All the girls in store a lovely bunch and a credit to Hays. I’m sure we will be back for a 3rd booking!!!

Nothing was to much trouble we didn't feel rushed she listened to what we wanted and searched all available locations until we found what suited our needs.
All the staff are so helpful , we wouldn't go anywhere else now to book our future holidays.
