Responsive and felt good to get a good deal with a travel agent who I can speak to with any issues instead of a call center . Definitely a good experience and I would recommend.

Booking was very easy, everything was explained clearly.

I made a booking in the hope that my wife and I could turn up to surprise my son, grandson and my son’s partner in Majorca.
To my utter surprise over the phone Emma sorted the whole thing out in minutes.

Personally this was the easiest holiday booking I’ve ever made. Made an enquiry to Emma over her Facebook page, had a speedy response with lots of hotels within bughet to look at. Then after deciding on one, had a super quick and efficient phone call and our holiday was all booked. 5* from me I wish I could give a higher rating
