Have used them for several holidays. They are friendly and helpful. This year I went in a little blank and all was okay but I would recommend you doing your research in advance and taking your time. certain aspects of this years holiday did not meet our expectations and I think that in part is our fault as we did not take our time. So yes, use them but be clear about your ideas and take your time to make sure what you book does match your expectation. Staff are lovely, booking process is simple. Final bit as the booking number came via Hayes we could not get into the the Jet2app to sort details. Make sure you get this done before you go for a smoother holiday.

Went in to make a family booking today it wasn't going to be an easy booking as it was a family holiday we sat down with Theresa and from start to finish she was brilliant she was very patient with us as I was there with my two daughters three children and two men on the phone lol
Not once did she raise her eyebrows or find any of our requirements a chore.
She found us a fantastic holiday that we were all very pleased with.
Will definitely be a returning customer.

I had already researched and decided on the cruise holiday I wanted to book. Terri was professional and efficient when making the booking, clarifying as required.

It was great to be able to walk into a Travel Agent, and have someone else do all of the thinking for me. The lady was able to quickly and expertly answer any questions that I had, and she did all of the troubleshooting to boot! I would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel. Bring back the good ol' days of Travel Agents! I never want the stress of having to organise my holidays/trips/travels by myself again.
