Great Holiday Shop. Give it a go.
We have used this branch of Hays Travel since they rebranded. Always book with them. In fact only yesterday. The staff are all very welcoming and have lots of knowledge about holiday locations. Yesterday Katie helped us. Lovely young lady. Nothing was too much trouble. BUT I have to say ALL the staff are great. Service is excellent. We will be back soon to book another.

Made the complicated very easy
Fantastic staff at the Eltham branch, very helpful and knowledgeable. The booking of our cruise was very easy and we felt comfortable that everything we requested was dealt with eg adjoining cabins, correct decks and on board packages. Would always use Hays going forward.

Excellent service.
Excellent service in quite a difficult bespoke trip. The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable. As I'm travelling in a wheelchair, with several internal flights and transfers in a 4 centre holiday, they arranged it seamlessly.

The team in Eltham were professional as always. We were booking for a Cruise in Nov 2027 with 2 parties wanting to be next door to each other so we could share the balconies. This was all completed with no fuss. They even gave us a discount!
