Hollie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable
My only concern is that two hours after booking, the holiday went down by £250 with a-£37 private transfer (although we did get it for free it would have been another £37 pound off). That in no way a reflection on Hollie. But having spent nearly £11,000
I would like to think that Hays and Jet2 would take a look at this with some sort of recompense.
