I have dealt with Hays Travel for many years and have found them very helpful and obliging. They always make me feel welcome and special.

Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful, I told her what I wanted and she found me a range of options which fit my criteria.

Excellent customer service from Sinead at the Eastleigh branch. She helped me find a suitable Costa Rica tour at a reasonable price and also sourced the flights and an extra nights accommodation for a smoother transition. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient process. I usually plan all of my own trips but will be back in the future!

linda was as helpful as usual and found what we were looking for in her friendly manner the same as all the staff.

The assistant manager was very helpful and advised and help chose appropriate cabins linked our booking etc.

Super service from both Emma and Sinead.

Matthew was extremely helpful and guided us through all aspects of booking a suitable resort to meet our requirements. His knowledge always makes the booking process easy and have booked many holidays with him.

Lewis was very helpful and despite all the changes we asked him for he did it with due diligence. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The Manager at Hays travel Eastleigh was very considerate to my Wife and Myself when we enquired about going on our first Cruise next year for our 20th wedding anniversary. He did not try & push or sell us something we didn’t want & was not at all pressured by all of the questions we asked as being our 1st time. Will definitely book through them again.
