Fiona, the manager here in Dunoon, was welcoming, helpful, friendly and informative. I don't have a lot of experience booking holidays and Fiona made it seem easy and fun.

When into Hays Dunoon. Last minute as usual for me. Joan helped me out quite quickly with what I wanted. She explained a good bit about the holiday to me which helped me make the quick decision. Very helpful and friendly. That's a few times now i have booked through Hays travel and would not go anywhere else. Definitely the most helpful and friendliest staff.

Have booked with Hays many times and once again first class service. Fiona was very friendly and efficient. I know she will look after us well on the run up to our cruise.

Unfortunately I have had to cancel the holiday that had been booked due to being unable to travel on the original date and being unable to find another holiday that was suitable. However your staff went to great lengths to find something unsuccess fully. Scott in your Dunoon branch went the extra mile and I would certainly advise anyone to use your branch when looking for a holiday.

The staff at Hays are always so welcoming and helpful . They spend a lot of time making sure you have the best experience and give you all the information promptly .

Our adviser Margaret couldn't have been more helpful. Considering she was in a small temporary room as their main building was being refurbished, she did a great job. The wifi and the phones were causing a few problems however overall it was a really positive experience.
