Customer service was outstanding with amber and a great experience booking through hays travel five star service highly recommend

My dad and I booked with Hays earlier on in the year and were more than happy with the service we received so decided to used the service again.
Again we were more than happy with the service we received and are looking forward to our holiday.

Professional,efficient and friendly.

We were looking to enquire about a holiday to Iceland and firstly tried to get into a different travel agents, which we were unsuccessful with due to there being 2 steep steps to get in and a very narrow doorway. My mum is in a wheelchair and we couldn’t gain access to this building, we also weren’t offered any help from the staff here.

We then approached Hays, and a lovely girl named Holly opened and help open the door for us so my mum and I could get in with ease. She moved chairs etc to allow my mum to get in and greeted us with a smile.

We discussed what we were looking to book and she helped us find appropriate dates, a suitable location, and answered every question I had with no problem. She was kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel really at ease when booking our holiday.

She made us aware of things like travel insurance, money cards, and travel money, and kept us really informed of costs etc.

Well done Holly from the Dunfermline store, you are a credit to Hays and a fantastic person, thank you for our experience:)

Best experience in booking a hoilday for my family and I scott was brilliant from beginning middle and end have been away on a hoilday for a while so was expecting it to be too overwhelming pleased to say scott has helped us massively in getting a great hotel hoilday and has given the best customer service has great listening skills and all the advice and tips we are all looking forward to our hoilday thankyou so much kind regards jill

Craig was more than helpful did everything for us which is good when you get elderly. Also explained how to get from the airport to the hotel and gave us good suggestions what to see. Give him 5 stars.
