Couldn’t do enough to help me and was so happy to see us when we went into the shop to pay off some of the holiday with cash so she could put a face to the name. PATIENT, CARING, STAFF MADE US FEEL SPECIAL
All the Staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome to go to any of them. Having been in to Hays beforehand enquiring of types of suitable locations for a Holiday with grandchildren I made my way to Victoria. Victoria was so patient as we made our decisions around the holiday we had chosen (Turkey All inclusive Family favourite Hotel) She listened well to our needs and requirements and sought out the best deal for us. She made us feel special and was very confident in her role. This Holiday was special as it is to celebrate my 70th Birthday with grandchildren and I shall be certainly using Hays Travel again to book a Holiday!

My holiday was arranged by Victoria at your driffield branch. She was very patient and gave us many alternative hotel costs and was very knowledgeable about the area we wished to go too. she also arranged all the paperwork including our car parking at airport. Highly recommended.

Great expereince
Staff were relaxed and very easy to talk with. Any questions were answered and explained in detail, even if it had to be confirmed 2 or 3 times. We were encouraged to ask anything and also told we can pop back in with any questions.
