We have always had very good…

We have always had very good experiences with Hays travel Downpatrick.
When we went in Annie said my name right away, she had our holiday booked straight away.
A very pleasant and efficient time.

A faultless experience

I can't fault the staff in this branch. I rang "Annie" on the Friday, told her what I wanted, got the information, & called in the next day & booked it.
A seamless experience.
I have used the Downpatrick branch several times for package holidays & cannot fault their attitude, effort & customer relations.

Terrific Customer service- second to none…

Customer service is second to none Annie got us the best holiday ever this year and because of that we’re back for more next year God willing
