Trip of a lifetime
We used Hays Travel in Downham Market to book an Alaskan Cruise via Vancouver for my 40th Birthday. Gemma at the Downham Market branch was fantastic from start to finish. She was informative, helpful and her knowledge helped us guide and select the best options for us. We had the best experience and a trip of a lifetime spoilt with seeing Humpback Whales, Orca's and Bald Eagles. All of the team at the Downham Market branch are welcoming and helpful. Thank you again

Ella listened to our requirements and proceeded to obtain the holiday that we were looking for. At all times she kept us informed of what she was doing with regards to a third party involvement despite this being a lengthy phone call. She was calm and professional.

Once again Cheryl at Hays Travel…
Once again Cheryl at Hays Travel Downham Market branch has been brilliant. My holiday in January and September this year was sorted last year with Cheryl who found me the flights and hotels I wanted and both at an excellent price. I have just been to enquire about a holiday for Jan/Feb27 and once again Cheryl found me an excellent deal so goes without saying I have booked. Can not fault this branch I do normally see or speak to Cheryl but have phoned and all the staff are very helpful and polite.
