Gavin was very kind and patient, and after looking at lots!!! Of different options and staying late, we found the right solution. Dorchester branch is brill.

Hays Travel in Dorchester are very friendly and competent,staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
Georgia guided us through the process of booking our holiday,making it easy and understandable.
We would highly recommend her and The Company.

When entering Hays Travel Dorchester we were made to feel very welcome by Shannon , with her patience and help we booked a holiday to Dominican Republic for Jan/ Feb 27 ,we thought that Shannon represented Hays Travel very professionally .

We visited Hays in Dorchester and spoke to Megan. We haven’t travelled a lot in recent years and we wanted to speak to someone directly. We visited the shop and Megan answered our many questions and helped us book our holiday. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy.
