I required a quite detailed itinerary and although this included rarely asked for inclusions in a holiday, Megan took up the challenge. Within 48 hours I had a complete breakdown of the requested itinerary. I was immensely impressed with the speed and thorough outcome. The itinerary met my requirements completely and needed no alterations. Holiday booked.

Mabula Game Reserve safari
Visiting Hays again today to book one of our bucket list destinations.......Mabula Game Reserve. All booked by the brilliant Shannon at Hays Travel Dorchester. Can't thank you enough for all your help in booking this. Shannon has a wealth of knowledge on different kinds of holidays. So far she has helped us book 2 great getaways for 2026 & 2028.
