Lydia in the Mold branch was an absolute star, she went above and beyond to help me find a holiday. I've not used a travel agent before but I will definitely be returning to Hays to book my next trip.

First class service
Love this company to deal with. We went into the store not really knowing if what we wanted, was something they could do for us. Turns out, they could, and gave a first class service. Have recommended to all my friends and they have booked through Hayes too. They keep us informed leading up to the holiday and provided a substantial information pack. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
