Very helpful and knowledgeable, great Customer service.

I always book with Hays travel, they always have a wide selection of holidays to choose from at reasonable prices. I thought I would take advantage of the January offers, and found one to suit our taste and budget. I am always made to feel welcome whilst there, it is a nice relaxed informal place, and Suzanne the manager, who I usually book with is pleasant, funny and patient. I never feel rushed there, and found the whole experience quite pleasant.

Lady was very helpful and found us just what we were looking for . A nice christmas break

y EasyJet flight was delayed by more than six hours. Hays provided no assistance in helping me secure compensation, and to date EasyJet still refuses to compensate me.
