Pearl was very patient, professional and made us feel very relaxed. I am a disabled traveller so it’s not as easy for me to get the right accessible room but pearl made sure we had a good choice to choose from.

I called Hays and spoke to Isaac. He was very helpful and sorted out my booking with ease. My friends had already booked their trip with Isaac so he knew all the details and added us on with no problems. Great service.
