A very pleasant experience, Sophie was friendly, extremely helpful considering we hadn't a specific holiday in mind, she made it easy for us to eventually choose a lovely cruise.

The overall service in Deal Hays is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful and are great at helping out with planning and arranging those extras which improve your travel experience. We have booked two future cruises with them recently and their suggestions were most valuable to us to ensure trips of a lifetime!
