Susan had helped us book a holiday to Greece before so we wanted to book something special for a 70th birthday. We started looking at Caribbean Cruises but ended up booking two weeks in Thailand due to her knowledge and patience !

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
I had seen a FB advert about sailing to Norway from Rosyth. As I live in Fife I found this very interesting. I visited Hays Travel in Cupar where I explained all to Susan. She listened to what I had to say especially being a solo traveller. Susan asked lots of questions and then came up with a 10 night cruise on the Balmoral sailing in May 2027. She spent time explaining lots to me about the cruise, the itinerary, types of cabin etc. This was just perfect so I booked the cruise.

Perfect provision.
We were seen by a really helpful and attentive agent named Maisie who listened to everything we raised and addressed it. Her happy demeanor was refreshing on an otherwise cold and dull winters day.
After her patient searching we were provided with an adults only, small boutique hotel in a small and quietish resort which suited us perfectly. The flight times were selected to be more hospitable for airport transitting and reasonable transfer times.
