This is the 3rd time we have used Hays in Cumnock since moving to the area. We popped in one day to see if they could sort out a bespoke trip to Singapore and Australia......Lisa sorted it all and we had a wonderful time!
Since then we found out they offered TUI holidays so asked for prices for our favourite hotel in Egypt,,,,,,both times Lisa came up with better prices than the TUI website!!.......we will be back for any future holidays!!

We made an appointment with Geddes to book a cruise, as it was our first one we didn’t know what we wanted. Geddes looked at different options based on some information we gave him and gave us lots of information regarding what to expect. He showed us the lay out of the ship as well as videos of where we could eat and all other stuff onboard. First time visiting a travel agent to book a holiday and it won’t be our last. Geddes is very knowledgeable and could answer any of our queries. He is a brilliant asset to hays travel in Cumnock.

Excellent service from Geddes. He was training a trainee and took time to explain to both of us what he was doing. He appeared knowledgeable and confident .

I decided that I would go again in January 2026 so I’m hoping they’ve delivered a second time.
