Have been going to Hays Cumbernauld for years and have always found the staff top notch.They make you feel at ease and do their utmost to find you a vacation that really suits you.I never go anywhere else.

From the moment we discussed our requirements with Deborah to the proposed change of hotel. Deborah demonstrated integrity in terms of overall costs and any qualified discounts that could be applied, there was no bargaining… make it simple for our decision making to progress with the holiday. Thank you.

Recommended by friends who had booked a cruise to go to Hays Travel. Was met by Evelyn who was very helpful and friendly.

The member of staff who dealt with us (Evelyn) was very professional, with a pleasant manner. She found the holiday we were looking for in no time at all. Even checked us in later in the day and phoned to inform us.

Lauren found us a holiday at a great price. She was very helpful, as were all the staff there. Will be going back to book our next holiday for later this year.

The girls at Hays travel Cumbernauld were fantastic. We were just passing and thought we would stop in to start looking for a last minute deal for Easter. They took the time to find out what we wanted from our holiday and looked to find the best deal that matched our requirements. We were made to feel very welcome and booked the perfect holiday.
