Sat with a lovely young lady Jessie, she was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble even though we kept her busy with our questions.
She was polite, with a very good attitude and very friendly,she really made the experience pleasurable.

Short notice break
We spotted a short break deal whilst booking our summer holiday. One phone call and we received all the relevant information from Anna. A quick and easy process over the phone, holiday booked. Excellent service again from the Crystal Peaks branch and Anna especially.

Had been into a couple of travel agents to book a holiday for September without any luck, didn’t seem to have the knowledge what I was looking for.
We went into Hays at crystal peaks and were greeted by Louise. She instantly took charge , took all our requirements and set about finding us a holiday.
