We went in to the Crosby branch of Hays travel for some ideas of availability for a party of 13. Everyone was friendly
in the shop. Macy was wonderful!. We took away some printouts for ideas, and returned to book the holiday the next day,. 10 adults, 1 toddler and 2 children.
Macy booked our seats and everything else we needed.Nothing was too much trouble for her. So efficient and friendly.

Booked a few holidays now with Hays (Crosby - Macy) and always get what you after looking for. Tell them what you would like and they do all the hard work.

The young lady who delt with us, Nicole, although new to the job was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked two holidays with her she explained everything to us in a way we new and understood everything.

I will wait till my all all my all the requirements including all possible necessities completed but until now I have good experience ( by the way I am disabled and walking for more then few yards is difficult.

Excellent customer service from a Erin, only new to the job buy she made me feel very comfortable in booking a last minute get away.
Even the man at cash exchange asked if I wanted a hot drink.

My sister and I wanted a holiday to Marrakech and my sister had looked on line and got a price from Booking.com. However I went to Hays in Crosby as I know how efficient they are. Macy checked out the prices and was able to sort the booking out giving us a good deal. She was so efficient and helpful. We wanted flights with different airlines - Jet 2 on the outward journey and easyJet coming back and she sorted this out for us. We wanted a quiet, twin room which she requested and emailed the hotel for us. A reply was sent back within a couple of days acknowledging her request. Thank you to Macy for all her help and support.
