Declan was the young man that was dealing with my holiday request was extremely efficient in booking my holiday, And was a very pleasant young man to talk to. He also got me a great deal on my parking at Newcastle airport. Well done Hays Travel.

Good experience
Very friendly lady, Chelsy who searched for holiday for upcoming half term break with daughter and grandchildren. She listened to what we wanted from the holiday, flight times, and type of accommodation and the location regards to distance from airport.
Chelsey sort the best price with the number of our party to avoid extra charges re room occupancy. She gave us plenty of advice and choice even though we hadn't thought of some things. She was very professional.

Always a great service from Hays Travel in Crook. The staff listen to your needs (wants) and will tailor a holiday to meet your requirements. We booked with Lorraine (“Lorraine, Lorraine Lorraine - when I find her…….”) 🤣 Was too young to know Bad Manners songs 🤦♂️ Here’s hoping Sicily is going to be a relaxing holiday.
