All the staff in the crook branch were friendly and polite. All greeted me and said hello as I entered the branch.
Callum, who did my booking was very helpful, professional and enthusiastic - taking me through each step of the booking and explaining everything to me.

We were going to book online but decided to come back to Hays,actually really pleased we did as the booking was not particularily straight foreward.The staff were brilliant,so precise and made us so happy to be all booked and paid,well done team.
