Staff excellent problem was cost of holiday insurance which I declined having had insurance for 2 previous cruises at a reasonable cost the only difference being I am a few months older.Reason given was my medical condition?(nothings changed).

Hays are always so very helpful, I don’t go anywhere else.

The young lady who dealt with my booking was very friendly, she answered any questions I had and dealt with the booking confidently and efficiently. Very happy with the service.

We went in not really knowing what we wanted, Anna was very helpful & patient, that’s important. Gave us options & time.

Always greet us with a friendly approach.Very helpful nothing is to much trouble. A very relaxed atmosphere inside the shop.

We were helped by Alison who as ever was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We booked quite late to the holiday and she printed everything out for us and even put the paperwork in order of when we will need them.

The last who helped us was very nice and helpful, nothing was too much to check for us, helping us to find a really nice adults only hotel and she found us 3 prefect hotels with amazing reviews, we went away to discuss the three hotels and went back an hour later to book the hotel with her, credit to the company

The flight to India required, two airlines , the lady helping me was very helpful and booked suitable time arrival and connecting flight. Thank you very much for your kind help.
