We had a fantastic experience booking our holiday with Hays Travel in Cramlington, and especially want to mention Macey, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Macey was so friendly, helpful and patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us.
It was lovely to receive such personal and attentive service, and we felt completely looked after throughout. Macey is a real credit to Hays Travel and we wouldn’t hesitate to book through her again.

Macey at cramlington hays was patient as I change mind twice but didn't mind and was helpful as my daughter is disabled and needs to sort things out for her .

Very good customer service
I went into my local branch & was greeted by Macy. I already knew the details of what I wanted, so I advised her & I came away very happy, booked on a Cruise of a lifetime. I was handed a pouch with all my details printed for me & notes of specific important dates for completing Visa's, making payments etc. Very happy with the service.
