We have booked our holiday with hays travel smithford way Coventry because every time we're not sure where to explore there knowledge is brilliant gave us so much information and choices of destinations we were very pleased and booked there and then I must say the vibe in the store was fantastic all the staff were very pleasant and had a smile which is all you want. Thankyou Hays your staff are fab 👍

We listed what was important to us when choosing a location and what we wanted from a holiday. It was a lot easier to find somewhere with an agent advising rather than scrolling on the computer. Very happy with the choice we made. Lovely to go back to a travel agent and book a holiday the old fashioned way.

Rachel listened to me and tried her best to get me what I wanted, when I wanted it. However as this was not possible she suggested other places and I accepted practically the first one. I was very happy with the result and hope the holiday lives up to my expectations.
