What we wanted for what we could afford!
We went in knowing exactly what we wanted but needed to book it with a reputable company. Jack found exactly what we needed at a great price. He spent a long time researching and got us a great price.

Staff were extremely helpful and found exactly what I was looking for
Staff were excellent found the holiday I was looking for and was a great price. The biggest most frustrating problem was the computer system the most slowest I've ever known. I paid deposit but took so long to go through was told it hadn't gone through so I went to my bank next door and got the cash then the payment went though so I had to put the cash back in the bank . Your computer system really needs an upgrade as it let's the whole customer service down . Hope this issue has now been resolved as it puts me off booking with Hayes
